Sponsored by First Merchants Bank with South Madison Community Foundation and Pendleton Business Assocation. Chris Nodine from the Pendleton Ambulance/Fire Department (and Anderson Fire Dept) will be talking about the shared training initiative that has been going on throughout the County to prepare for an active shooter situation. This training has been taking place among the Administrative staff of each emergency response service and will soon be rolled out to each fire/ambulance department individually. At some point there will be a practice scenario taking place in each community. He will share what first responders will be training to do and how the general public can play a role in keeping the situation as controlled and safe as possible. Will have coffee & donuts.
